Albert -- You may be right in the strictest sense, but I was told to post before buying or selling if there was any question. You're right in that some information is just that, information. The key word is "material," I believe. If the information is likely to have a material affect on the company---earnings, signed contracts, lawsuits---it's considered insider. Having the information isn't the issue, trading on it is. Correct me if I'm wrong.
