Agreed, Kenneth,

I too am going to sell my shares (although I made a decent profit
over the last 6 mos) tomorrow. This company is full of BS (IMHO)
and is really only worth about 75 cents/share given the crazy
amount of shares they have. To justify this valuation, with the
slim margins they have they will have to sell >50 million
SPARQs next year, which will happen when hell freezes over.
