Strategy

Take a look at the OIS chart from last year at this time, it continued to fall to new lows, right till the very end of the year. Jan 1st it popped, and made a decent climb.

This stock (PRCY) is going nowhere until at least the beginning of next year.

You could sell it now, take the tax loss and buy your shares back after 30 days, if you think it might someday make a positive move.

I sold my OIS the last day of 1996, boy what a mistake that was.
