Can you allow how disconcerting it might be from the opposite view, the under view,excluded view, bankruptcy view, denial of claim view, exorbitant and not affordable cost view etc.?
I understand that it can be. I don't think it necessarily is. It depends on people's expectations.
Do you think, they think it is is normal, customary, well accepted, and they are inured to it?
Some are, some aren't.
For some, "inured," which connotes adjustment to something undesirable, does not apply at all because their situation seems appropriate.
