I've linked the entire Arizona Immigration Law below - all 17 pages of it. Note that the law does NOT say any law enforcement can do anything they can't already do as far as unlawful search. AND maybe the *Most* important thing is now ALL EMPLOYERS and the GOVERNMENT EMPLOYER will have to check to see the person applying for the job passes the eCheck file for employment ....BEFORE the person is employed. GOOD FOR ARIZONA! Making their new law as much as possible like the current US Law. What a concept!
