Steven: Regardless whether or not it is in defendant's interest to delay the proceedings, it is definitely in the lawyer's interest. time = money. longer time = more time = more $$$$$$$. I think whether the submission is 20 pages, 100 or 1000 pages is irrelevant to the point that this is a lawyer's goldmine!!! Odi H.
