John, If what you say is true, and I'm not doubting-I just don't know, then Summit needs to work the problem out. Either the man gets his money back and they get their parts or the man needs to negotiate another deal. I really don't think anyone wants any unhappy customers, do you? I'm also sure since Muller is gone that you will see alot of "clean-up" work by Summit's new management. They know first hand that they need to have a happy customer base to make a profit! They have said their first goal now is to make a profit. Best, Greg
