If a failure rate of nearly 75% is encouraging, I'd hate to see bad news! Yes. ......What am I missing here? Seems to me they have to go back to lab and do more work. Giving a "vaccine" to a population when 75% still become infected would be counter productive. People less likely to use netting thinking they are protected.
