You certainly raise some good points. Maybe USF is a bit too acquisition minded, not allowing any digesting (i.e., only considered with top line growth and not margin expansion or working capital management) to take place. However, it seems to me that with a 1% share of a $300 Billion market and still being the biggest player in the industry by a long shot (at least in the majority of the individual water-related markets), USF has the potential to grow into an absolute monster. Sure, growing pains will occur but I believe that 5-10 years we're looking at one big bad-ass company.
