Ted, regardless of what I think about self-loathing white losers trying to find fake redemption, the fact is that you still haven't answered the question. What do YOU think should have been done in the 70s and the 80s? Enforce the law? Yes, of course, the law should have been enforced. I do not condone or support illegal immigration.
