Kerm commented on IPC today: "International Petroleum is somewhat of a mystery to me. I feel shares should be at a higher level. Recent merger announcement lacking detail is probably a stumbling block at this point in time. They have quite a little going for them and future 2 years out in time is bright. However, I don't expect to see much share appreciation over short term."

He's right, but I expect some share appreciation also over short term. A detailed merger proposal will soon be released, and that means "a stumbling block" less. The circular is delayed a little, they are waiting to get the green light from the stock exchange. A question of days or a few weeks at worst. Sands still expect to finish the merger during December.
