Just want to clear up somethng stated earlier: Listing requirements for AMEX do not state anything about the bid being $3.00, only the price. Requirements for the NASDAQ SmallCap do mention the bid on the price to be met. Sorry to mislead anyone. Had a fever of 102 today and the brain does weird things then.
