Peter... are you SURE that you actually read the article? It is no census form... it's a thinly disguised solicitation letter from the RNC. They are looking for campaign contributions... the rest is mostly just a tarted-up envelope (saying things like "OFFICIAL MAIL", "do not discard", "census" on the outside to try to get people to open it up). <g>
