So what? The question is - any executives buying ? VRTY has been poorly run (in Engineering department at least from what I know). The CEO promised to give 10% bonus but only give 5%. Many employees are lazy, they want a comfortable environments but no sweat. I use their implementation of CSCO CD products, I have to say if MSFT is in the market, MSFT will have a better product, VRTY is not polished. Even at $13, I think it is not cheap ($130M market cap. for a < 5% market share player in the commodity like search engine market).
