I don't think Shiva's management knows where Shiva will be a year from
now. They depend too much on Nortel, but who knows where they would be
without NT. Lets hope that the renegotiated agreement will improve
Shiva's revenues in 98.

Regarding the change at the "top", I don't think it could make things any worse than they already are. In my opinion, the upside potential is much bigger than the downside.

Shiva has very good products, but their revenues are lagging the competition. In my opinion, the company should improve on their marketing. They should become more agressive, try to generate a lot
of "noise". They must attract analysts' attention. With new products
coming out in 4th Qtr, they should be in better position in 98.
