I have raised money several times for two companies in the last two years, that's why I know what terms are for Reg. D investments like the one outlined in the LBAS SPA. That's what I meant by being in the industry, which is very credible. I don't want to use the companies I worked with as an example because I want to stay anonymous to people on this board. What I didn't realize is how hard it is to find examples of micro cap SPAs without digging through SEC filings, which I don't have time to do. If you don't believe me then be my guest and find some SPA examples that contradict me. I guarantee that you won't. Let me be clear again. I am not saying that LBAS doesn't have a chance of making it. All I am saying is that the risks are much higher than portrayed, and they are using deception to string stockholders along as they flounder. They have been making promises for two years now without delivering. I just can't believe people still believe what they hear from LBAS. The SPA is a great example. People took it hook, line, and sinker; and there were no results, AGAIN. What's up next? Another fantastic announcement that will make everyone think they are on the brink of turning it around again. Then the pump, and then who knows what.
