Tonite, you should have heard Hannity on Fox try to tie Brown's faux pas of the day to what he was calling a gaffe by Obama. In a speech in Iowa, Obama was saying that bank reform won't penalize those financial people who are making money while doing good work. It WILL penalize those people who are trying to take advantage of the American public. As an aside, Obama mentioned he was a little flummoxed by the need of some people in the finance industry to work so hard making millions of dollars, suggesting that he didn't see the point of making so much money when its unlikely you will be able to spend all of it. It was this comment that Hannity seized upon, claiming it was evidence that Obama was not a true capitalist like the rest of us good Americans and that he had inadvertently exposed that fact by making the comment....which in Hannity's little pea brain was a huge gaffe much like the one Brown had made. Trust me, when I say, he had to work hard to make that connection.......suggesting it may be a sign of the growing desperation at Fox News. <g>
