This is for you and the other GS apologist. Hmmm, let's see - what crime per se? Oh I dunno, maybe it's like this: Let's pretend I'm your GS financial advisor and I 'lead' you into buying a piece of crap that I'm gonna short sell right after you buy it. Oh dear, according to the head thief at GS, the CEO, 'every stock transaction has a buyer and seller and in this case our clients were the buyers and we were the sellers'... That's SHORT sellers - you know, those who can influence a stock price downward. And most experts agree that naked short sales attributed to many of the financial institutions going out of business. Is that too complex for you 'astute' investors. If so, I'll dig out my crayons and draw pictures.. ROFL
