no it doesn't those people die young, it's pople who exercise that cost the systems more, sprains, broken bones, knee replacements, hip replacements. They live into their 80s gatting all kinds of operations. My dad smoked, die of a heart attck in 10 minutes cost to the system zero. My mom never smoked and exercised all the time, she's 86, 15-25 operations later cost to the system ?? 5 million
