you live under a rock? Milken Institute has been around for 15 years. Pretty much ever since Mikey got out of jail. milkeninstitute.org en.wikipedia.org The Global Conference has been held since 1998. cnbc.com Compared to what is now commonplace on WS, Milken's crimes were kidstuff. Yet I bet we won't see anyone at GS go to jail, it's just a civil case so far.
