A busy day for Oclaro: The third quarter results appear to be in line with analyst estimates: finance.yahoo.com The company announces that it is commencing a public offering of 6 million shares and that the one-for-five reverse split is effective as of 6:00 p.m. (ET) today: finance.yahoo.com The stock closed at $2.81 today.
