Jim, I get tired of the same old excuses from local and state governments. "It's not my problem. It's the Fed's problem." Why doesn't Ah-nuld say that when it comes to global warming? Because he believes in making Kah-lee-fornia a leader in environmentalism. People who use that excuse when it comes to immigration law don't believe in enforcing it. Or they don't have the resources.
