Er... you *do know*, don't you Wayne? That the claim you just made is officially DENIED by the state's current Republican Governor, and the state's Director of data services & keeper of the data vault --- both of whom attest that they have examined the original document in the data vault, and that the data on the currently issued form does not deviate from what is listed on the original in the vault.
