Plus $200 million in fines to the SEC en.wikipedia.org Total settlement in the civil case was $1.3 billion nytimes.com I don't know if that covers all the "widows and orphans" who were clients of Drexel, but I doubt you knew he paid anything before that post. But tell me, how do you know it was billions, and how do you know it was widows and orphans? .
