Still, you cannot disagree that electing to start a round in Cash is in fact a pick. Therefore, if someone starts a round with a pick (whether it be Cash or Stock) then no one can change until the month is out. Allowing someone in Cash to choose to trade is a clear violation of the more than one trade a month rule, because their initial trade was not to trade.
