Great, Paul. Sounds like good adventures, the kind your son won't forget.

One of the worst falls I ever took was at Steamboat Springs. It was late in the day, which is bad enough because I was tired and the slopes were freezing over, and we were on the upper slopes making our way down to the lower slopes right at closing time.

I fell going over a slight hill and left a debris field 30 feet long. (g) It was so bad that I laid there and didn't even want to try to move for fear I couldn't. Number 2 son came up along side with Mrs. RR yelling if I'm ok. Number 1 son, who was snowboarding on an adjacent slope and saw it happen, came rushing over to check on me. I'm dazed, glancing up at all three of them looking down at me, when I heard number 2 son say, "Gee, I didn't know Dad could bounce that high." (Really......)

Oh, it hurt, but at least I was OK.
