Thanks. Would it be caused by the age of the rig? What would cause a pressure increase?

I did see that the SWAT teams were going to inspect all rigs in the area....Is that right? Do they go down to the ocean floor? Or what?

Do you know if the US has any oil rigs/wells in the Gulf coast, or if they are all owned by foreign countries...
