What that "means" is that wingnut conspiracy theories will continue regardless of all facts, and no matter what anyone says or does.

Every single time one of the conspiracy theories is shot-down as a fraud (all that crap about his 'relative saying he was born in Kenya' was a deliberate FRAUD for example. When the tapes were released it was found the translation was phony --- she had actually been saying exactly the opposite <g>) the conspiracy theorists simply go ahead and create another theory to believe in. <g>
