I have little doubt that if Obama were an Imperial King ruling by decree you would see few, if any, promises broken. However, like any President, he has to work within the system.
As far as the major promises, he can't close Guantanamo without authorization from Congress, and that hasn't been forthcoming.
With respect to healthcare, yes, if if you're an uninsured smoker who likes to tan, you are facing a hit. However, I don't smoke or tan and pay for my own insurance, so Obama has done OK by me.
Afghanistan? During the campaign he promised to escalate the war by sending two additional brigades to Afghanistan. He sent the two, plus another 30,000.
