Did you just change the composition of the food, or did you change the amount of food (in calories), amount of exercise, etc.?


You really should watch the movie called "Supersize Me".


Look at the name. Supersize, in other words very large portions. A lot of calories, not just a high percentage of the calories from fat (in fact the super-sized fast food meals, while hardly low fat, have a lot of protein (the burger), and carbs (the bun, some of the budget toppings, all the sugar in the soft drink).

I'm not as anti-carb as some, but it seems to be the problem in Supersize Me, has more to do with size than fat percentage.
