As usual you say, huh?
Do you read a post and seize on a few words to debate, and ignore the thoughts in the post?
Can you not draw the connection between all of Canada's citizens being covered for health Care,, and the misery of your fellow Americans in the two links presented, the ones that are not covered?Did you bother to read them? I don't believe you did because you said not a word about the sorry state of their health care lives, which is certainly a far cry from yours ...here ..
<<A few weeks ago I had a blocked salivary gland. It swelled during lunch on the weekend and didn't go back down. So I called my PCP on Monday morning, saw her on Monday morning, she called the hospital and scheduled my ultrasound for two hours later where I got the results.>>

I will spell it out for you...again..Single payer systems like France, Great Britain, Canada and more, there is waiting time involved...because all of their citizens are covered.I do not know how it could be otherwise because All are covered...do you really believe that if every last Citizen in America were covered by the same insurance that you presently have, that all would get immediate care as in your above example???????
If you believe this, and you want it to be so, expect the cost of American health care to rise fron 17 % of GDP to 50 % of GDP And America and Canada will be following in the footsteps of Greece.Wait, shmate, you go out for supper in Florida, ya wait, ya wait to get into clubs in NY, California, ya wait for da barber, yer starbuckles coffee, you wait in traffic, for the train , the plane and etc some reasonable waiting for health care in Canada is somehow sinful and looked down upon ?? gimme a break and get real.
