We need a special "Cure the Disease Tax" - a special 90% tax bracket just for bonuses >$1M, with the proceeds used for a new translational research arm of the NIH. Target breast cancer, prostate cancer, MS, heart disease, macular degeneration, hemophilia, childhood diseases, stroke, healthy aging. Let's see how much faster we can improve our healthy lifespans, instead of rewarding the parasites for destroying the global financial system.

Oh, and stop taxing hedge fund gains at 15% - "capital gains" - when they're clearly ordinary income for them.
