Germany is not budging. Had implemented Hartz Laws while the fringe still cringe to old ways.

Germany thinks now had harvested all it can do from Euroland.
Now it must look elsewhere for growth. Less intra-trade. More extra-trade.

Latinos Spain, Portugal and Italy has it coming.
