The VSE has accepted for filing agreements dated July 15 and 17 1997, whereby Donner Resources Ltd will issue 60,000 shares to Cirque Minerals Ltd (Sophie Taylor) in consideration of the termination of the 3% nsr royalty against three map staked licences in the Voisey Bay area of Newfoundland. I was a bit curious about some of this PR myself. Since the filing agreements were for July 15 & 17, were the shares actually issued at that time or are they just now being issued? Sometimes when you see this type of agreement, the company is "cleaning up" their act in preparation for JV and or bigger and better things. I'm not familiar with Sophie Taylor ... is that a person who owned Cirque Minerals?
