If Bush had said, "the federal motor was going hybrid, and federal buildings were putting in solar", we'd be seeing it 24/7. Have you? If Bush had said, "Sorry, Teddy, we're building wind mills.", ditto.

Besides, those "poor souls in the Gulf get(ting) their asses kicked" are against big government. They don't want federal intervention. Give them what they want, say I.
