Pancho, thanks for BTIM, looks like a good one. Here is an idea for a short/long spread that has several chances to win:

Short SEBL and Long BROC, 5 BROC shares to 1 SEBL share (SEBL $40, BROC $5)

SEBL is very highly valued PSR about 19. BROC is undervalued, PSR is under 2. Both in same SFA market. BROC has hot new product coming to market in early 1998 that may be better than SEBL. SEBL is current market leader.

1. Position wins in down market as SEBL has more downside.
2. Position wins if BROC product is a success.
3. Position wins if SEBL screws up.
4. Position loses if BROC screws up, market stays strong, and SEBL does good job.
