So you are saying that Mork and Zapara conspired the act in California, an act that is illegal to do in any of the 50 States. Mork shorts 100k RMIL shares in Canada and is left holding the bag (So to speak) becuase the other party bails on the deal. Doesn't hold water in my book. 1. Illegal act conspired in the USA. Though legal to do in Canada. 2. Act completed willfully by Mork. 3. Zapara backs out of ther deal. 4. Is there anything contractual on this deal. If so, were is the contract? 5. There still a large short position and I can count over 1.3 million known shorts in the RMIL market from my list alone. And I estimate the extra shares in the RMIL market to be betwween 2 and 5 million shares. call those Certificates and file those formal letters to the brokers and NASD demanding delivery. Riley G
