Jim, last amendments I have are from 5/21 and 5/28 for a 10-k/a, a s-3/a and an 8-k/a. From the Edgar button on the presstek research page http://www/digitalmall.net/opertech/stocks/prst.html you can access those. If there were amendment to 2nd qtr (10-Q/a) I don't know of them. Let me know if there is something more current. Thanx As for the plate sales, factored in that the end seller was getting +25%, did not factor in inflation gains in price. In terms of declining price, the table assumes 'other' takes over market in four years - so price was held constant (table was look as if PRST cannot hold their market) Pay aatention to the last four columns, were the stock is trading is in the 'momentum' column now (even tho it's been clipped 60%).
