Whether born in a hospital, or a van, or on a beach or the back seat of a taxi on the way to the hospital, or in a private home... that's STILL American soil and American-born, official state birth certificate issued and verified, and contemporaneous birth announcements run in both newspapers of record for the city at the time.)
