Mish, my brother worked for IBM until about 5-years ago. When he quoted projects back then the customers he dealt with were asking for something on the order of 50% Indian content for the work to keep the price down. IBM worked with subs in India to get the price competitive back then. The situation with IBM is just a continuation of a process begun under Gerstner in the 1990's.
