Stockholders will be diluted by 40% if this $10M comes in now using the current terms in this SPA. Do the math on the number of shares and warrants with a $0.21 stock price. You should be praying that the SPA is bogus like I said. Without new money of course there is the challenge of actually continuing operations at LBAS since they are $4M in debt. Does this really seem like a low risk company to anyone anymore? Like I said before, this is a high risk/high return stock. I just wanted to pat myself on the back one more time today. Thanks for the opportunity.
