To everyone,

I am curious about what people think of this trading strategy. It seems to me that everyone has forgotten about the recent crash in the U.S and the global markets. Hong Kong and most Asian markets are still falling, Iraq is causing problems which could lead to U.S. intervention, and the U.S stock market has recovered quite quickly without retesting it's lows. All of this has me worried that another major crash, or at least a couple 100-200 point drops are going to happen soon. With this in mind I have been looking at what stocks were hit hardest by the crash, which have recovered the quickest, and which stocks are the most over-inflated. By far the Semiconductor industry won. Great recoveries have occured with these companies. Just look at KLIC and KLAC. Wow! I think it is now time to begin shorting these stocks. If we do have another drop, and retest the lows in the NASDAQ and DOW, these stocks will be very profitable.

What do others think?
Are we going to retest lows in the stock market, or am I just crazy?

Thanks,

Jim
