OTCBB listed companies are not required to have physical shareholder's meetings at all. I doubt there is any rule as to how much notice needs to be given when an OTCBB company does decide to schedule a meeting. However, it is certainly a very positive indicator that LWLG is electing to hold a meeting this year. Since they will want as many shareholders as possible to attend, I'm sure they will give significant advance notice. I would expect to see an official announcement some time this month.
