BP cannot say we did not cause this because the equipment failed. Some equpiment, at some time, was bound to fail. It was a statistical certainty. When has equipment never failed?

So the only real answer is: "we can cap a blown well immediately."

As they cannot say that, then using simple logic, they had no business drilling wells in 5,000 feet of water!

That is pretty fucking simple logic!!!
