Fuchi, re: 10% with L2 off on P-II <do you believe that it is a correct statement?> I am afraid that the statement could be correct because of DIB architecture. It could be easily verified, just disable the L2 cache in BIOS (I believe there must be an option). I do not have P-II handy and cannot verify this right now. However, I do know that for the PPro the performance drop is much more than 15%.
