You're assuming any 3rd party is either conservative or liberal, which was my point.

There's no telling right now what any 3rd party will look like in 2012. Every day more and more former partisans of both parties are becoming disgusted with.....both parties.

People are seeing this country, whether the Dems or Repubs are in power, is grinding the people down in a myriad of ways, some obvious, some not, but relentlessly. If you are well to do or well connected, you are fine. But the vast majority are not. What if common sense prevailed and they realized being Dem or Repub doesn't help them anyway......and they band together?

Unlikely? Not anywhere near as unlikely as just a few years ago.
