"In that way whoever governs this country does so with a majority, NOT a minority, of the people's vote."

In recent history, you're batting about half.

Clinton lost the popular vote twice (43% in '92 and 49.4% in '94), but ruled eight years. Carter got 50.1%. Bush I lost in '00 (47.9%) and probably lost again in '04, though fraud was a factor (again). The last clear victor was Reagan in 1984 (58.8%), though he got just 50.8% the first time. The last clear winner (Reagan '84) was 26 years ago. Obama had 53% in '08. So two of the last eight presidents had clear majorities in the popular vote.

The people just don't effin' matter to the miscreants who hold high public office.

If you vote for the lesser of two evil candidates, Rep or Dem, you are voting for Evil. Don't throw your vote away on someone you think is Evil!
