I might have thought it was an accident the first time or two, except that several left wingers went kind of nutso over it. It was only then, I noticed those recommendations increasing in number. If the purpose was to recommend laughing at the dopey lw extremists because they all start having fits over it, it makes sense. What is so hard to understand about that, even funnier is how you all keep it going.
Recommend an lol because it references something particulary funny about dumb and dumberer (tejek and CJ) or some other goofball, then watch them twist and shout. It makes sense to me. What is it you don't get about that?
Recommendations are also a way of supporting someone who you agree with in general. I see people getting recs sometimes when they agree with me on something that I got no recs on. Some posters hate me and would never rec one of my posts...but they don't seem to mind recommending another poster's comment who they get along with, for the same thing. They may not have even read my post...who cares, why do you?
I rec people's posts sometimes even if the poster is an a-hole in general, if the post deserves it, and I wont rec a post from someone I generally agree with if I don't like it. I rec longnshort's posts regularly, for example. He and I can't stand each other personally. I have rec'd your's, tejek's, CJ's, even bentway's before. Not often... |
