One encouraging thing today:

Russell mentioned in his column last night that gold stocks are starting to outperform gold, which often presages a good move in gold.

Noticed earlier today that Goldcorp is hanging in there today. I use G as my lead indicator for the rest of the sector.

Well... not much, but maybe something.
