To some of us Arakis was both a tragedy and a victory. Let's not let Terry Alexander's greed and unethical practices over shadow the great achievement State Petroleum was. Lutfur Khan was the only reason Arakis was able to get the concessions while maintaining a successful drilling schedule. Lutfur Khan is back and has similar project in the works. Only this time, things will be done right. Here is an article that I found.
